Delivery

How we get the goods to you!

£7.50 flat carriage fee for all deliveries within the UK mainland .We always provide tracking information to the email address provided at the time of your order. Please let us know any special instructions for your delivery and any information regarding access, restrictions, buzzer or gates, remote areas as this always helps the driver to get to you with ease.

PRICES

UK Mainland 24hr service - £7.50

British Isles & highlands 48hr serivce - £12.95

Outside mainland UK - Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles. All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 - PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT. Please call us or email us for a cost.

Wholesale Chess wants to deliver your goods as quickly as possible so we ship your order with 24hrs of receiving your payment and stock levels permitting! (excl weekends and bank holidays) But if you have an urgent order and need in to be shipped super fast call Carl on 01948 880750 to see if she can speed things along!

 

What if you are not in?

Don't forget to check your email and text for delivery dates / times....

If you are not able to take delivery of goods, courier will leave a calling card and email you. This will advise how to collect your goods or arrange re-delivery. If you fail to act on this the goods will be returned to us and you will be required to pay a further shipping cost plus an additional £10.00 before we can send your goods again.

Missing Parcels

When you receive your delivery please ensure that you check the quantity of parcels in the total consignment, sign for the appropriate number received. Please do not sign for missing parcels as this will invalidate any future claims. If you have missing parcels within your consignment please contact us on the day.

When ordering from Wholesale Chess you must meet the following requirements:

 If you live outside of the UK you can email us find out if we can deliver to your location.

We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash or cheque with order or collection in person, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Paypal. We regret we are unable to dispatch goods until paid for

By using our secure payment method online you have been assured that the information will be processed safely. We remind customers that it is more secure to make payment online them by telephone.
Online credit card transactions are processed by Sage Pay and / or Paypal secure servers. We do not save card details on our own site. If you give us your card details directly they are destroyed once payment has been made.

Product Availability

Our range of goods are available from stock, we will hold you order, products are very rarely unavailable but we will always advise you accordingly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

The information we require is, name, billing address, delivery address, phone no., email address, credit/debit card details unless payment method chosen is paypal.

Returns Policy

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition, we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 14 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained.

Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
